ABOUT

About this spot

SMILE-LABO HIROSHIMA is a visitor farm in Oso, Yamato-cho, Mihara City, Hiroshima Prefecture. It used to be known as "Kajitsu no Mori Park".

The fruit you can pick changes with the season: strawberries from January to May (seven varieties grown in six greenhouses), cherries in late May, blueberries around July, pears from late August to September, grapes from late August to mid-October, and apples from early October to late November. Because the number of visitors is limited by how the fruit is growing, booking in advance is recommended.

The grounds have a shop and fruit-picking reception, a restaurant, gelato and ice cream made with seasonal fruit, homemade jam, and wine made from the farm's grapes. There is also a lawn of about one hectare overlooking Hiroshima Airport and a petting area with goats. Dogs are welcome on a leash.

Seasons, opening hours and prices change, so please check the official website or call 0848-30-9955 before you go.
