ABOUT
About this spot
Himeji Central Park is a leading leisure facility in Hyogo Prefecture, with a safari park and an amusement park side by side on a vast site. The top attraction is the "Drive-Through Safari," where you venture into the territory of fierce animals in your own car or a dedicated bus. Observing lions, cheetahs, giraffes, and other wild animals roaming freely up close is an overwhelming experience. In the amusement park area, you will find the thrilling suspended coaster "Diablo," along with a Ferris wheel and plenty of kids' attractions that the whole family can enjoy. In summer, the resort pool "Aquaria," one of the largest in western Japan, opens, and in winter the ice skating rink "Ice Park" opens, so you can play actively all year round regardless of the season. It is ideal for family trips as well as student group trips and couples' dates. It is perfect for anyone who wants an out-of-the-ordinary day combining the healing of animal encounters with the excitement of attractions. World Heritage Himeji Castle is nearby, so combining the two for sightseeing is also recommended.
