ABOUT

About this spot

Ikeda City in Osaka Prefecture is the holy land where the world's first instant ramen, "Chicken Ramen," was born. At the Cupnoodles Museum Osaka Ikeda, you can learn about the history of instant ramen in a fun way while experiencing the "creative thinking" of founder Momofuku Ando. The most popular attraction is the "My Cupnoodles Factory," where you can make your own one-of-a-kind Cup Noodles. Choosing your favorite combination from four kinds of soup and 12 kinds of toppings and packing them into a cup you designed yourself will captivate everyone from children to adults. The authentic "Chicken Ramen Factory," which starts from kneading the flour, is also very popular. Inside there are plenty of photo spots as well, such as the "Instant Ramen Tunnel," lined with past packages. As an indoor facility where you can stay comfortably even on rainy days, it is ideal for families, dates, and solo sightseeing. Come and enjoy experiencing the importance of invention and discovery.
