Easily spotted by its southern European-style red roof, the building offers a popular free factory tour, where you can watch the winemaking process through glass windows. The biggest draw is undoubtedly the spacious tasting corner. With around 10 varieties of wine and non-alcoholic grape juice always on offer, you can take your time finding the flavor that suits you best. The souvenir corner is also well stocked, with limited-edition wines available only here, along with local specialties and sweets. Dining options are plentiful too. At the Barbecue House, where you can savor Shimane Wagyu beef, you can enjoy an authentic barbecue alongside delicious wine.
