ABOUT

About this spot

Uradome Coast is Tottori Prefecture's pride, a dynamic ria coastline stretching about 15 km. Its crystal-blue sea with outstanding clarity is so beautiful that it was chosen as one of the Ministry of the Environment's "100 Best Bathing Beaches," captivating visitors. There are many ways to enjoy it. The most popular is the "Island-Hopping Sightseeing Boat," which threads through the intricate rocks and lets you see powerful strange rock formations and sea caves up close. For a more active experience, sea kayaking and snorkeling let you feel the transparent sea directly, offering the moving experience of seeing clear to the seabed. Along the coast there is also a roughly 3 km nature trail linking "Kannonura to Shirohara Coast," and walking while enjoying panoramic views from high ground is ideal for trips with friends, solo trips, and dates. Why not forget everyday life and spend a healing time in this place, where the contrast of sculpted beauty made by rough waves, white sand beaches, and blue-green pines is beautiful?
